AREAS WE SERVE

Aerox runs wire EDM, sinker EDM, hole-popping EDM, industrial 3D printing and laser part marking from a single floor in Yorba Linda, California. Everything below is cut, printed or marked in-house — nothing on your critical path sits with an outside vendor waiting for a slot.

We work with shops and OEMs across Southern California, and we ship nationwide. The pages below cover the areas we serve most often, what the work usually looks like there, and how parts move between your dock and ours.

Areas we cover

• Orange County — our home county. Same-day drop-off and collection across Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Fullerton, Brea and Placentia.
• Anaheim — roughly ten miles from our floor, and the closest concentration of tooling, structural fabrication and space and defense work in the county.
• Irvine — the medical device cluster: instrument details, implant-adjacent parts and UDI marking to a documented quality plan.
• Los Angeles County — the South Bay aerospace corridor, from El Segundo and Hawthorne through Torrance and Long Beach.

Outside these areas

Distance rarely decides a job. Most of what we cut is small, high-value and travels well, so we quote and ship across the United States every week. If your programme sits outside Southern California, send the print anyway — the quote comes back inside 24 hours either way, and we will tell you honestly if freight makes us the wrong choice.

How work moves

Within Orange County you can drop parts off and collect them yourself. Into Los Angeles County we run a courier. Everywhere else ships out with tracking and the paperwork in the box: first-article inspection report, material certifications and certificate of conformance as standard.

What we hold

AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered and DFARS compliant. That matters most on defense and space work, where an unregistered supplier is not an option regardless of price or lead time. Certificates and our quality manual are available on request.
