CAPABILITIES

Five in-house processes covering EDM, additive and final marking. Every job runs against a documented AS9100D quality plan with first-article inspection and full material traceability.

CAP-01

Wire EDM

± 0.0001"

  • Broken tool rescueRemoving snapped taps from high-value castings without scrapping them.
CAP-04

Advanced 3D Printing

± 0.004"

Dual-nozzle FDM printing in engineering polymers and carbon- and glass-filled composites, run in a heated chamber so PC, PPA-CF and PPS come off the plate stress-free. Soluble supports clear enclosed channels, and per-material shrinkage calibration keeps printed dimensions on the drawing rather than on a rendering.
