This policy explains what personal information Aerox Precision Services LLC (“Aerox”, “we”, “us”) collects through aerox.aero, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

We are the controller responsible for the information described below.
When you submit a request for quotation through our contact form, we collect the name, company, work email address, and (optionally) telephone number you enter, together with the process, material, quantity and part details you describe, and any files you attach.
Our quote form accepts engineering files such as STEP, IGES, PDF and image formats. These files, and the technical information in them, are treated as your confidential material. We use them only to prepare your quotation and, if you place an order, to manufacture and inspect your parts. We do not publish them, sell them, or share them with anyone outside the people at Aerox who need them for your job.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP address, browser user-agent, requested page and timestamp. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.
We may also use analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors reach us, and in future may use advertising measurement. Neither runs unless you allow it. Both are switched off by default and are only enabled if you consent through the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Our Cookie Policy states exactly what is active today.
We do not sell your personal information. If we enable advertising measurement in future it will run only with your consent, and we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy before it does.

Aerox handles technical data that may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Where that is the case, we restrict access to the data as those regulations require, and we may be obliged to record and disclose information about you and your organisation to United States government authorities. Do not send us export-controlled technical data unless you are lawfully permitted to do so.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it; request deletion; request correction; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism to offer. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Note that our servers and staff are located in the United States, so information you send us is processed there.
To exercise any of these rights, email quotes@aerox.aero. We will verify your identity before acting, and will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

The site is served over HTTPS. Quote submissions and uploaded files are stored on our hosting provider’s servers with access limited to authorised Aerox personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you have material that requires a formal non-disclosure agreement or a controlled transfer method, contact us before uploading it and we will arrange one.
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
